Assumption of Risk

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in the Milner Office Rage Cage™ activity sponsored by Milner, Inc. ("Milner").

This activity involves striking retired office equipment and other designated objects with approved foam or padded bats inside a controlled and supervised enclosure.

I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Slips, trips, and falls

- Muscle strains or sprains

- Contact with equipment or debris

- Flying particles despite protective measures

- Damage to personal clothing or property

- Other unforeseen injuries associated with physical activity

I acknowledge that these risks cannot be completely eliminated and voluntarily choose to participate.

Safety Rules

I agree to:

- Follow all instructions provided by Milner staff.

- Wear all required safety equipment, including eye protection.

- Use only the equipment provided by Milner.

- Remain inside designated participant areas.

- Stop immediately if instructed by event staff.

- Not participate if I am under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any medication that impairs my judgment or coordination.

- Not intentionally strike any person, wall, structure, or safety barrier.

- Immediately report any unsafe condition or injury.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the activity.

Release and Waiver

In consideration for being allowed to participate, I voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Milner, Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, conference organizers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct where such claims cannot legally be waived.

Medical Responsibility

I certify that I am physically capable of participating in this activity.

I understand that Milner will not provide medical insurance or medical treatment and that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses that may arise from my participation.

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, I authorize emergency personnel to provide treatment as they deem appropriate, understanding that I am financially responsible for any resulting costs.

Property Damage

I understand that Milner is not responsible for loss of or damage to my personal belongings, including clothing, phones, watches, jewelry, or other personal property.
